1General Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the ba345 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. ba345 is an online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with ba345, the following conditions must be met:

• One Account: Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all of them will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

• Password Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. ba345 is not liable for any unauthorized use of your account by a third party.

Ba345 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason. Withdrawals may be restricted until account verification is complete.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

5Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on ba345:

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless ba345 grants an exception under special circumstances.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded. For multi-selection bets, any cancelled leg will be counted at odds of 1.0.
• Odds Changes: If odds change after a bet is placed, the odds at the time of placement will apply.
• Technical Error: If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical issue, ba345 reserves the right to void that bet or recalculate it at the correct odds.
• Live Betting: Any bet placed after the outcome of a live event has been determined will be considered void.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ba345 platform:

• Fraud & Cheating: Any attempt to commit fraud, hacking, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions.
• Arbitrage Betting: Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities to guarantee a profit.
• Bots & Automation: Using automated software or bots to play or place bets.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Underage Access: Allowing anyone under the age of 18 to access or use your account.
• Third-Party Funds: Depositing or placing bets on behalf of another person using your own account.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities above will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all deposits and winnings, and legal action where applicable.

7Account Suspension & Closure

Ba345 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Upon evidence of a terms violation
• If identity verification is not completed or false information is provided
• If there has been no account activity for an extended period (over 12 months)
• At the member's own request
• Self-Exclusion Under the Responsible Gaming Policy

Upon account closure, any valid balance will be returned; however, bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. A monthly maintenance fee of 2% may apply to inactive accounts.

8Responsible Gaming
